There is no substitution for personally showing your love and compassion by frequently seeing your loved ones, but sometimes life doesn’t let us do everything we would like.

Companionship:
Are you unable to visit a family member or loved one as often as you want or they need?  Are you unsure of "what to look for" when visiting?  We will visit them to provide companionship and an unbiased assessment of their situation... you will receive the Loved One Visit & Evaluation Report via email or postal mail after each weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visit.

Communication:

We are a trusted communication conduit between clients, care providers and families, working to resolve minor issues and advocate for all involved.  Families hear things that might not otherwise be shared.  Care providers appreciate us as we aid in resolving small issues before they grow to become family ordeals. 

Comfort:
During each visit, our trained, compassionate Care Liaison will transparently review over 70 items that may signal immediate or potential concerns.  Enjoy the peace that comes from knowing a trusted, non-biased advocate is involved.

Concierge:

We will not only alert you to situations that need your attention, we will also note happy moments that you may have missed and let you know of any "little requests".  With your approval, we also provide concierge services to meet every little need or want.  Personal shopping, dry cleaning, and so much more!

Care:
Your loved one and the care facility staff will know that someone TRULY CARES.
